Has my order been acknowledged ?

A confirmation email will be sent as soon as you place an order on the maison-close.com website.

If you didn’t receive anything, check your spam folder.

In any event, a summary of the confirmation email can be found in the MY ORDERS section of your account.

When will my order be delivered?

All orders placed before 7:00 AM will be shipped on the same day. Depending on your chosen delivery method, the order will be delivered to your home within either 3 - 5 Business Days after shipment.

You can track your order at any time either via the tracking link emailed to you or in your account.

What if I would like to exchange an item ?

Items can't be exchanged on our website. If you want a new size, model or color, we invite you to return and order again on our website.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Currently, it is not possible to cancel or modify your order.

In fact, as soon as payment is validated, your order is sent to our warehouse for preparation in order to ship it to you as soon as possible.

Can I change my account information?

1) Log in to MY ACCOUNT

2) Click on: Display or modify your account information. Then modify your personal data.

3) Finally, confirm your request at the bottom of the page.

What if I've forgotten my password ?

Go to the “I’ve forgotten my password” page and complete the “email” field. Your password will be sent to you automatically.
