How to exchange my item(s)
Exchanges are free of charge up to a maximum of €50 in returns costs.
- Request an exchange within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order.
- Items must be unworn, in their original packaging in good condition and with seal cord and tags attached. no returns will be accepted if the zip tie has been removed from the product.
- Exchanges can only be made for the same item in another size or color.
- For hygienic reasons, stockings, tights, socks, candles and masks cannot be returned or exchanged if the packaging has been opened.
- Latex items cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been worn or washed, or if any product has been applied to them. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
If any of these conditions are not met, we will not be able to exchange the product(s).
After having made these verifications, here are the steps to follow to return the product(s) for an exchange:
- Procedure from these countries: France, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Estonia, Hungary, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia.
- Make sure you have your order number starting with #MC to hand. You can find it via your Maison Close account or in the confirmation emails you have received. You must always enter the # for this to work in our tool.
- By clicking on the link opposite Free returns, you will be redirected to our returns management platform - Follow the instructions.
- Print your prepaid return label.
- Send the package back.
- Procedure for other countries.
- Contact our Customer Service Department indicating your desire to make an exchange. We'll need to know your order number in addition to the item number to exchange.
- Print the pre-paid return label provided by Maison Close.
- Print and fill out the Return Form.
- Send the package back.
Upon receipt of your purchase, we will exchange the requested item(s). A tracking number will be given to you. It allows you to track the progress of your exchange.

I want a refund

Upon receipt of your package, we will check the condition of your returned items. After that, the refund will appear on the payment method used for the order.
We will complete the refund as soon as possible. Please note that reimbursement times may vary from one bank to another.

One of my products is defective. What should I do?
If within 14 days of receiving your package, you find that one of your items is defective, we ask you to follow this process:
- Contact our Customer Service Department indicating your order number and the item number of the defective product.
- Based on this information, we will provide you with a prepaid return label.
- Print the Return Form and indicate the following reason: 6 - The item is damaged/faulty
- Send the package back.
Upon receipt of your package, we'll send you a replacement product.
